Wheel of Life: Spiritual Awareness

What does Spiritual Awareness mean to you?

This is the second in a series of posts about the components that make up the Wheel of Life, a self-evaluation coaching tool that helps gauge where you are in life, where you’d like to be and how to begin taking those steps forward.

On April 28th, I’ll be hosting an event where we’ll go through the Wheel of Life and get started on the process of transforming your life! If you’re local to Placerville, Calif. and would like to join us, CLICK HERE!

If you’re not local, but would still like to explore this transformative process, stay tuned because I’ll be hosting a webinar in the coming weeks.

This section of the Wheel is all about your spiritual inclination, and how it influences your overall wellbeing. For some, this means religion. For others, it’s simply an overall sense of being connected to a higher power greater than yourself.

For me, my Spiritual Awareness manifests most in my relationship with nature. I feel most spiritual when I’m connecting and communing in the peace and solitude of nature, breathing in and experiencing the beauty all around us. This is when I feel most connected to something greater than myself, to the flow of life.

What does Spiritual Awareness mean to you? Please share your thoughts in the comments, I’d love to hear about the different ways Spiritual Awareness manifests in your life!
