Wheel of Life: Fun and Enjoyment

What does Fun and Enjoyment mean to you?

This is the third in a series of posts about the components that make up the Wheel of Life, a self-evaluation coaching tool that helps gauge where you are in life, where you’d like to be and how to begin taking those steps forward.

On April 28th, I’ll be hosting an event where we’ll go through the Wheel of Life and get started on the process of transforming your life! If you’re local to Placerville, Calif. and would like to join us, CLICK HERE!

If you’re not local, but would still like to explore this transformative process, stay tuned because I’ll be hosting a webinar in the coming weeks.

This is always a fun section of the Wheel, because everyone loves to think about the things they enjoy!

For me, Fun and Enjoyment includes going dancing, getting out for a hike, reading self-help books, and especially going on trips to foreign lands. I just love to broaden my horizons and learn new things!

Overall, Fun and Enjoyment is your general love of experiencing and expressing life, in all its many forms. For some people, preparing a good meal or baking a delectable dessert is the epitome of fun. For others, curling up with a book or binging their new favorite TV show makes their hearts happy. Gardening, kayaking, watching sports, building things, doing crafts — the ways people enjoy themselves are so varied!

What does Fun and Enjoyment mean to you? Please share some of the things you do to have fun and enjoy life in the comments! Maybe we’ll all get some new ideas for fun things to try!
